Lincoln Capital has signed Unosquare to a five-year lease at its new Allius office building in Guadalajara, Mexico, extending its Latin American presence to four offices, in addition to its US offices in Oregon, Boston and San Diego, the company said.

Maria Fernanda Silva of IGP represented Unosquare, while Lincoln Capital's broker was Pedro Hernandez of Coldwell Banker Commercial.

Lincoln Capital is an integrated real estate owner, developer, manager and operator based in Guadalajara. The company provides real estate, franchising and financial services.
