Lilley set for Leeds.

Morton striker Derek Lilley will join either Leeds United or Crystal Palace - with George Graham's Premiership Leeds favourites.

Both clubs have bid around pounds 700,000.

Talks were still going on last night after Morton chairman John Wilson had returned from business in London.

Chelsea have dropped out of the race - as have Dundee United who were set to land the player in a pounds 400,000 deal last week.

Morton manager Allan McGraw said: "The boy's head is swimming. He had thought he was going to Tannadice, now it looks as if he will be going south."
