Lifecore Biomedical, MTF form distribution alliance.

Lifecore Biomedical, Inc., Chaska, MN, announced it has formed a marketing and distribution alliance with the Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation, Edison, NJ, for representing MTF's human allograft bone tissue to dental surgery professionals through Lifecore's Oral Restorative Division. Under terms of the agreement, Lifecore will receive a service fee for providing marketing and sales representation to the domestic and international dental committees. MTF will maintain its role in the procurement of donated tissue and in the processing and distribution of the resulting dental tissue forms.
