Life-saving scheme.

A NEW scheme which could be a life-saver for people who suffer from a range of medical conditions, will be officially launched in Bedworth this week.

The idea, which is already running in Bedworth and Bulkington, is being promoted by Bedworth Lions Club and involves people receiving a special container in which they can store vital details about medication and medicine within their fridge.

In the event of any emergency at home, paramedics called to the scene will know, by looking at the back of the patient's front door, that the container is in the fridge.
