Levien relocates.

Levien & Company, a project management and owner/tenant's representative firm, has relocated to larger offices within the former GE Building, 570 Lexington Ave., announced Kenneth Levien, the firm's president.

The eight-person firm moved to space three times its current size on Sept. 28.

During the building's renovation from 1995-98, Levien & Co. provided services to members of the ownership that entailed design and construction reviews, budget analysis, and construction monitoring of base building upgrades and tenant fit-out's.

"We are pleased to have been given the opportunity to remain within the building, rather than relocate elsewhere," said Levien.
