Letter of the WEEK; Letters.

wins PS25, the others PS10

WHY doesn't someone WH have have the guts to admit that it's not pensioners causing the NHS to go into meltdown but the amount of foreigners getting free care without having paid anything into the system? People who come here for medical treatment should be made to pay up front.

Our pensioners shouldn't be made to feel like they are a burden on society. They have worked hard and paid tax all their lives, raised families and many served during the war.

The NHS was set up for British people, not half the world.
