Letter Your Say - No rules on bus.

Byline: CT Reynolds

AS SOON as P Dickens complained about having to travel on a bus alongside a slobbering dog, it was only going to be a matter of moments before he was attacked by an animal lover.

On a recent journey a dog, without a lead, dashed off the bus at the wrong stop and the driver was abused by its irate owner for not closing the bus doors quickly enough.

In the past the public were not allowed to eat or drink on public transport, were not able to bring items like tins of paint on board and were denied space for wheelchairs and luggage.

It is time for TWM to publicise and enforce rules and regulations for travel on its public transport and then we can all like or lump the conditions
