Letter: Yourview - Billing issue.

I AM a Scottish Gas and electricity customer. When they can't get in to read my electricity meter, I get sent an estimate.

In the past, I phoned in my readings but I tried today and I never got through to a person, just a machine with various choices, none of which was what I required. Now my phone bill will be up as well.

I don't know what people do in other countries, but I think in Britain, the lunatics are running the asylum.
