Letter: Your Say - To The Point.

Byline: Janet Cummings

WIMBLEDON usually brings to mind a British tradition of tennis and strawberries.

However, a Rottweiler guard dog has been brought in to deal with foxes and a hawk has been introduced to deal with pigeons.

Suddenly what appeared a relaxing summer activity has taken on a backdrop of unnecessary animal suffering.

Please write to the managing director of Wimbledon Tennis Association at Wimbledon with your concerns at the terrible prospects of animals and birds being torn to pieces.

Janet Cummings, Tower Road, Rugby.
