Letter: Your Say - Sparks fly at our Navy reunions.

Byline: Michael 'Mike' Crowe

AN association for ex-Royal Navy electricians was launched early in 2006 and the response was fantastic, reuniting many who served together, back as far as the 1950s.

If you served in the Royal Navy in the electrical department and would like to meet your old mess mates, send your name and address, service number (if you can remember it) and two second-class stamps to me, Mike Crowe, Royal Naval Electrical Branch Association, 7 Heath Road, Lake, Sandown, Isle of Wight, PO36 8PG. Please leave self-adhesive stamps on their backing paper). Alternatively, phone 01983 404727, or e-mail me through my website www.rnshipmates.co.uk

What was your favourite ship and where you would like to be taken back to?

Here are a few we have already: HM ships Ark Royal, old and new, Bacchante, Bermuda, Caprice, Dundas, Eagle, Gambia, Harrier, Kenya, Lincoln, Newfoundland, Protector, Ranpura, St Vincent, and Superb.

I look forward to hearing from anyone who served in the electrical branch of the Royal Navy.

Michael 'Mike' Crowe, Sandown, Isle of Wight.
