Letter: Your Say - Greedy lawyers; In association with POST OFFICE.

Byline: AA Taylor

WHY has it taken almost four years since the death of Josh Berrill for the case to reach a conclusion in court?

I suggest it is a case of the legal profession dragging their feet in order to get more fees to swell their bank balances.

Wherever lawyers are involved, there is never a speedy resolution.

Just look at some of the public enquiries that drag on for years or look at the number of repeat appeals.

It is about time an enquiry was held into the legal profession itself.
