Letter: Your Say - Blazing angry; In association with POST OFFICE.

Byline: Lizzie Farrell

WHAT is it with people and bonfires in their back gardens?

For the last four weeks I've had to endure my neighbours lighting toxic bonfires every night and at weekends producing thick black smoke.

More annoyingly they are using pallets, broken furniture and cardboard and paper supplied by a factory.

The Environmental Health Department knows all this but say they can't do anything as they need to witness the burning.

Some chance of that happening as the bonfires are lit at 5.05pm and all day Saturday and Sunday - coincidentally during the hours that Environmental Health are closed!

So where does that leave me?
