Letter: Wrong target.

SIR - In response to former Labour AM Tom Middlehurst doesn't it speak volumes that he manages to slag off Plaid Cymru AMs for refusing their 8.3% pay rise in recognition of public sector pay cuts, but has no criticism for his own Labour Government's actions in forcing the pay cuts through in the first place (Letters, March 13)!

In other words, he's shooting the messenger and not the Labour culprits in London. I'm sure that this has nothing to do with the fury that public sector unions have vented at his party in recent months.
