Letter: Where is the gold BSA bike?

Byline: T.A.BEACH

DO any readers remember the Gold BSA cycle just inside the entrance to Snow Hill Station?

It was in a glass case just off Balmore Row. The case was never broken and the cycle never vandalised.

I am talking about the 1940s and anyone entering the station could have not failed to see it.

I would like to know if anyone else remembers it and what happened to it.

As we do not have a BSA now I wondered if any member of the old firm would remember it at all.
