FOR the past 11 years my brother and I have been researching our family tree.

There seems to be rather a mystery regarding our grandfather's identity - we have the name Edwin Lockley but he doesn't exist on any records in Shropshire.

Notably, he was co-respondent in a divorce case in 1921 (one of the earliest). The divorce was due to adultery and the case took place over three months in Dawley, Telford in 1919. The issue of this liaison was our father Philip.

We find there may be a link to a Lockley family in Tettenhall who were bakers.

Should anyone reading this have any information about an Edwin Lockley in their family please contact me.

IAM looking for relations of Thomas and Ethel Duddy, nee Rolph, who lived at 51 Abbeyfield Road, Erdington, in 1953. Their son's name was Vincent Jay Duddy. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
