Letter: The drugs don't work.

Byline: M HARVEY

I READ with interest Mr Fiddaman's letter regarding the drug Seroxat.

I am afraid the same applies to any drugs - how they affect one person and how they affect another can be very different.

I took Valium once or twice and it brought total despair to my life.

It was replaced by Tegretol, which often has similar effects to Seroxat.

Often you can feel like murdering anyone who crosses your path.

None of these can hurt you if taken as prescribed, according to medical profession.

Don't believe they will help you to lead anormal life. It's the last thing they will do.
