The scheme will be set up in Britain's worst knife-crime areas - and you welcome the plan...

IT'S all very well shopping kids that are carrying knives. But what happens to them once they have been caught in possession. Our police need the power to deal with these offenders swiftly and firmly. Or else they will just go back to the kitchen drawer for another weapon.
