Letter: Professional staff.

Byline: Mrs DM Sharman

I READ with interest and total disbelief the case reported in your paper, and I would like to point out that my experiences of Lezayre Nursing Home are totally different. I came into this nursing home in January, 2004,and have only been met by kindness and profes- sionalism. This reported incident took place obviously bef ore my time and reflects no way on the staff who are employed here, but obviously on the RGN who was on duty that particular evening and the carer who reported the RGN is to be commended.

I will be moving shortly,as soon as my home has been adapted, but, should my position worsen in the future,I would not hesitate to return here.

The staff here do a job that I could not and would not do,and do not deserve to be pilloried, because of one rogue.

Mrs DM Sharman,Rock Ferry.
