Letter: Ill-informed.

Byline: Cllr Rose Bailey

I WOULD like to respond to J O'Donnell's letter (February 10) about Croxteth Community Comprehensive school's closure.

His/her damning and illinformed comments have no foundation at all. Indeed, as vicechair of governors, for some 14 years, I can confirm that the amount of model citizens we have leaving the school following a happy educational environment continues to increase.

None of our ex-pupils are registered in NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training). His/her remarks were, in my opinion, based on political mischief, and once again damn the community I represent.

Cllr Rose Bailey, Labour, Croxteth Ward
