Letter: From the heart.

RE: HEART and Soul restaurant review (Daily Post, March 11 Though you kindly gave me the right to reply, there are some things I would like to say to my lovely customers, which could not be expressed in that reply.

This review will stick in my mind long after I've forgotten the good ones and, yes, I am gutted.

Heart and Soul does wear its heart on its sleeve and I'm not ashamed. This is a restaurant built on love and passion, not business princi-ples, and, yes, I follow my heart in everything. We have only one life and in this one I want to bring pleasure.

To those I have not pleased, sorry. With your help, we will improve. Remember you can say anything you like to me, but be prepared for my response.

Love you all. My motto still remains food, love and music. Nothing will change that. Thanks for your support. I am so sorry if I have let you down. Finally, a polo -gies for cutlery that doesn't match. Chumki Banerjee, proprietor, Heart and Soul
