Letter: Diana used and cast off.

Byline: Mrs J BROWN

HOW dare George Tyndale describe Princess Diana as an adulterous and dim person?

The one thing I can agree with is that Prince Charles shouldhave married his mistress long ago. It would have spared Diana heartbreak, humiliation and, most importantly, her life. The realisation of what was going on between her husband and Mrs Parker Bowles made her desperately unhappy. To know that she had been used solely to bear children, andthen cast aside like an old pair of jeans, must have truly broken her heart.

Charles can marry who he likes, but he should not be king and his womanshouldnothave any royal title or status, or be a burden on the state
