Let the good times roll.
The good times are rolling at intu Braehead with some summer skating.
The ice has been melted and the curling rink transformed into a fabulous roller skating venue complete with a giant glitter ball and the coolest old-school disco sounds being played.
JimWhyte, one of Scotland's top freestyle roller skaters, visited the new roller rink a visit to check it out for himself.
While he was there he gave some skaters, who were getting a sneak preview of the venue, a display of his skills and roller skating stunts.
Two-hour roller skating sessions launch on Saturday and continue until August 11, from 11am to 6pm each day. Skates can be hired at the venue.
David Lyon, marketing for intu Braehead, said:"We're definitely rolling out the welcome mat for everyone to enjoy a brand new fun activity we've never had at intu Braehead before.
"The curling rink has been completely transformed with special lighting, a sound system playing some disco classics and of course, the disco ball that will give everyone some glitter as they wheel around the rink.
"It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or an expert, our new roller skating rink is the place to be this summer and everyone is guaranteed to have a wheelie good time."
Roller skating at intu Braehead is not suitable for under fives and anyone under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
