Let's catch live abusers.

Byline: CAROLE MALONE

It'll take time before we know whether Ted Heath abused young boys. However I'd be happier if the SEVEN police forces now investigating a man who's been dead ten years and against whom there is no real evidence would concentrate their efforts on paedophiles who are alive, known to them and are currently abusing vulnerable kids.

Yes, all victims deserve to be heard. But hundreds of officers investigating the (possible) crimes of one dead man seems like overkill.

Those officers should be hunting down the living paedophiles they CAN bring to justice and prevent them ruining more young lives.
