Let's all write to the PM; YourSay.

I'VE READ news reports and totally agree that 99 per cent of the population want Britain out of Europe, my reason being that it's dragging us under and we're not big enough to stay afloat much longer.

European courts tell our government what to do concerning immigration and Britain opens its doors to anyone, and now we're sinking fast our government should listen to the people who elected it, and not to European Parliament or European Courts of Human Rights.

So here's my plan for a silent protest, as we Britons don't seem to want to get out on the streets in this weather, except students: If 60 million of us, including children, because it's their future it concerns, sat down at the kitchen table on December 30 and wrote a note saying "get us out of Europe" and posted it the very same day to Mr D Cameron, 10 Downing St, London. Then on January 1, he would receive 60 million letters through his letterbox. Can you imagine that? Plenty for him to read whilst eating his Weetabix.

So there you are. A silent protest with no violence, no damage and no injuries, and all perfectly legal.

But would the message get through and sink in? Probably not, but who knows? Happy New Year. Perhaps.
