Leiny Limited returns this fall

Beginning this month, beer drinkers throughout the upper Midwest will once again be able to enjoy the hearty taste of Leinenkugel Limited.

According to brewery president T.J. "Jake" Leinenkugel, this year's return of the Leinenkugel's Limited marks the introduction of new packaging for the popular seasonal brew, including a 12-oz., non-returnable, long-neck bottle and new label graphics.

"Leinenkugel's Limited is styled after Bavarian Oktoberfest beers, with four barley malts and two domestic hops," Leinenkugel said. "The beer is aged longer than other brews to produce a robust taste and dark golden color."

Available in select markets in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa and Michigan, Leinenkugel's Limited is brewed and shipped in limited quantities in the fall.

The product will continue to be available in a 12-oz. non-returnable steinie bottle. "Bolder, more distinctive graphics for the Leinenkugel's Limited label and carrier have been created," Leinenkugel noted. "These enhanced graphics complement the packaging of Leinenkugel's family of brands."

Radio and print advertising created by the Milwaukee-based advertising agency Frankenberry, Laughlin and Constable will support the return of the brew. The theme of the radio commercials, which feature Jake Leinenkugel, is "A Limited Partnership." Print ads read: "Out of stock soon at a store near you."
