Lehrer McGovern named construction quality manager.

Lehrer McGovern Bovis, Inc. (LMB), an international construction management and consulting company, has been named construction quality manger for the William H. Natcher Building, a new office building and conference center on the National Institutes of Health (NlH) campus in Bethesda, MD. The NIH project consists of the design and construction of an office and conference center. The center will feature a series of conference room capable of accommodating up to 800 people in groups of 20 to 200. The design scheme also includes underground parking.
