* Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. signed a 2,450 SF lease at 30 Glenn St. in White Plains, N.Y.;
* Lee Capital Advisors, LLC signed a 590 SF lease at 34 South Broadway in White Plains, N.Y.;
* And Roger Harris M.D. signed a 455 SF lease at 34 South Broadway in White Plains, N.Y.
Cushman & Wakefield announced that Union Bank of California N.A. has signed a seven-year, 23,458 SF lease at 40 Wall St. in New York City. Ken Churich, Cushman & Wakefield's senior director, and John Moxley, director, represented the tenant in the transaction.
Cushman & Wakefield announced that the Bond Market Association has signed a 39,822 SF lease at 360 Madison Ave. in New York City. Louis Buffalino, of CSFB Realty, represented the tenant in the transaction. Paul Glickman, Cushman & Wakefield's executive director, Matthew R. Astrachan, senior director, and Shawna 0. Menifee, associate director, represented the landlord, the Kipp/Stawski Group.
CRESA Partners/NY announced that TransitCenter, Inc. has signed a 20,850 SF lease at 1065 Ave. of the Americas in New York City. Bruce Crawford, of CRESA Partners, represented the landlord, the TrizecHahn Corporation, in the transaction. Arthur Lerner, Michael Ippolito, and Dan Katcher, of Newmark Real Estate, represented the tenant.
Julien J. Studley announced that Godwin Procter LLP has signed a 55,000 SF lease at 599 Lexington Ave. in New York City. Mitchell Steir, vice chairman of Julien J. Studley, Michael Colacino, executive managing director, and Matthew Barlow, executive managing director, represented the tenant in the transaction. The firm plans to move into its new facilities this spring.
Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, Inc. announced that Looking Glass Networks Inc. has signed a long-term, 24,000 SF lease at 50 Dey St. in Jersey City, N.J. Sean Brady and Ed Duenas, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the landlord, MetroNexus, in the transaction. Brendan Callahan, of the Equis Corp., represented the tenant.
