Leases at 433 Fifth Ave.

Gronich & Company, the agent for 433 Fifth Avenue announced the signing of two leases in the building.

Clark Mens Shoes signed a 10-year lease for the store and basement totaling 5,300 rentable square feet. Cheryl Cohen, Director of Retail Leasing was the broker and Richard W. Seeler, President represented the ownership.

In another 10-year lease, Eric Javits, Inc., a major fashion house leased the entire 5th floor totaling 3,183 rentable square feet. Judith Schutz of Collins Tuttle was the broker representing the tenant.

Marketing Ahead, the existing tenant renewed their lease for a long term of years for the entire 6th floor. Richard W. Seeler and William Friedman rental managers for the building handled the renewal transaction.

The building which is six stories high with modern air conditioned small floors, in an excellent location on Fifth Avenue is attracting a great deal of interest from fashion and accessories firms.
