Lease signings in Westchester.
Trans-Continental Credit Collection Corporation signed a new lease transaction and a sublease for a total of 9,800 square-feet of space at the Westchester Financial Center's 11 Martine Avenue office building in White Plains. Trans-Continental's new lease and its sublease agreement with Barclays Bank were arranged by Andrew Greenspan of the Robert Martin Company.
New England Life Insurance Company recently relocated from Manhattan and now leases 8,500 square-feet of space at the Financial Center's 50 Main Street address. This transaction was handled by Maureen O'Boyle of Cushman & Wakefield of Connecticut, Inc. and by Michael Grossman of Robert Martin.
Apex Commodity Trading, Inc. signed a new lease for 8,000 square-feet of space, establishing executive offices at 11 Martine Avenue. The Apex lease with Robert Martin was coordinated by Michael Grossman.
The National Council for Interior Design Qualification has leased 3,000 square-feet of space at the Financial Center, relocating headquarters from Manhattan to 50 Main Street. William Bernstein represented the Robert Martin Company in this lease with NCIDQ.
Universal Textile Brokers, Inc. also joined the 50 Main Street tenant roster, leasing 2,400 square-feet of space for a regional branch office. Lease negotiations with the Manhattan-based brokerage company were conducted by Andrew Greenspan of Robert Martin.
A lease for 1,900 square-feet of space with Classic Westchester has brought the employment agency's headquarters to 50 Main Street. This lease transaction was arranged by Patricia Valenti of Robert Martin Company.
