Lease deals in Connecticut.

New England Land Company, Ltd. announces the following real estate transactions:

* Pembroke Capital Group, Inc. has leased approximately 2,000 square-feet at 55 Field Point Road, Greenwich, as a regional office. The tenant was represented by Joanne Townsend of Rostenberg-Doern, while the landlord was represented by Nathaniel P. Barnum, Executive Vice President of New England Land Company, Ltd.

* A division of GMAC has leased 1,383 square-feet at 1 Fawcett Place, Greenwich. The landlord was represented by George Bagley, President, of New England Land Company, Ltd. The tenant was represented by Kimberly McKeever Construction and Development.

* Grayson Berger & Company extended a lease for 2,736 square-feet at 411 West Putnam Avenue, Greenwich. Grayson Berg er is a stock brokerage firm. George Bagley, President of New England Land Company, Ltd. was the sole broker in the transaction.

*A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. has leased 3,346square-feet at 411 West Putnam Avenue, Greenwich. A.G. Edwards is a stock brokerage firm. George Bagley, President of New England Land Company, Ltd. was the sole broker in the lease transaction.

* Shepard & Associates has leased 2,074 square-feet at 55 Railroad Avenue. Shepard & Associates is an independent insurance agency expanding and relocatingfrom with Greenwich. George Bagley, President of New England Company, Ltd. represented the tenant in the transaction. Abrams Benisch Riker represented the landlord.
