Lease at 180 Maiden Lane.

In a leasing transaction negotiated by he Edward S. Gordon Company, Inc.! (ESG), Thomas James Associates, Inc. has leased 13,076 square feet of space at 180 Maiden Lane, the Continental Center, in Downtown Manhattan. Stephen B. Siegel, ESG's president, made the announcement.

The tenant, a brokerage and financial services firm based in Rochester, New York, will open its first New York City operation at the building, where it will occupy part of the 19th floor. Continental Center, owned by Continental Insurance Company, also houses tenants including Continental Insurance and ASARCO. ESG's Martha Burton and Patricia LaRussa negotiated the five-year transaction on behalf of the tenant.
