Business Editors

SILVER SPRING, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 25, 2000

On June 26, over 400 African American human resource professionals and attendees of the 52nd Annual SHRM Conference and Exposition in Las Vegas, Nevada capitalized on unprecedented workshop and networking opportunities offered by LearnCom, Inc. (OTCBB: LRCM) company BNA Communications Inc. (BNAC) and The National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR).

The first event was an exclusive workshop premiere of BNAC's, The Diversity Council Companion. The Diversity Council Companion workshop is a comprehensive consulting and training package based on The Diversity Council Companion workbook--tool kit and reference manual designed to be a useful companion for Council members and the Council as a whole with resources, exercises and tools for both. The award winning developers of The Diversity Council Companion facilitated an interactive session for over 50 NAAAHR members and other HR professionals who are promoting diversity in their organizations.

"We are committed to providing NAAAHR members with tools and opportunities to support their growth. We know from our clients that more opportunities to support African Americans in HR and business are needed," said Julie Pierce Williams, Vice President/General Manager of BNAC's Consulting Group. She continued, "When I attended NAAAHR's first annual conference last year and saw their commitment and energy, I knew our organizations were a good match."

"Once again, BNA Communications earned their stripes of an outstanding organization with another outstanding product - The Diversity Council Companion. We are excited about our partnership and the opportunity to be one of the first groups to review The Diversity Council Companion," said Tom Vines, President of NAAAHR.

Following the workshop, hundreds of human resource professionals from corporations, government agencies, and other organizations were given the opportunity to unwind, network and learn more about BNAC and NAAAHR over hor's d'oeuvres and jazz.
