Leaders from the American Concrete Institute and Federation Internationale du Beton (fib) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation to formalize their relationship. While the two organizations and their members have worked together for years, this agreement memorializes both organizations' desires to collaboratively develop and disseminate technical information on concrete and concrete structures.

"Members of the American Concrete Institute and Federation Internationale du Beton include thousands of the brightest minds from across the globe who share a common passion for concrete materials, design and constriction," says ACI Executive Vice President Ronald Burg. "By formalizing the relationship between our organizations, we accelerate the development and dissemination of the global knowledge needed to use concrete effectively to meet the demands of a changing world."
