Lawyers Title relocates office to NY.

Lawyers Title Insurance Corp., a nationally known title insurance company, has relocated its Northeast regional headquarters from Philadelphia to new offices at Ten Bank Street, it was announced by Homart Development Co., the owner and manager of the new 12-story office building in downtown White Plains.

Lawyers Title has leased 10,473 square feet of space on the 11th floor of Ten Bank Street. The company is also relocating its Westchester branch office from 81 Main Street to the new office space at Ten Bank Street.

William V. Cuddy, Jr., of Rostenberg-Doern Company Inc. of Purchase, New York

and Stamford, Connecticut, represented the tenant and Homart in the transaction.

The Lawyers Title lease brings the total occupancy at the 219,383 square-foot building to more than 60 percent. Among the major companies recently signing leases at Ten Bank Street are Addison-Wesley Publishing Company, KFC National Management Company and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.
