Law firm takes blocks of space.

Two leases, one for 9,187 square feet and the other for 6,500 square feet, were signed at the Prudential Business Campus in Parsippany by the law firm of Gennet, Kallmann, Antin & Robinson and the insurance firm Reliance National, respectively. The announcement was made by John S. Gregorits, vice president of the Prudential Realty Group, owner of the campus.

Gennet, Kallmann, Antin & Robinson's lease represents a relocation for the firm from Roseland to the Maple Plaza building at The Campus.

Richard S. Baumstein and Eugene R. Diaz of Cushman & Wakefield represented the Prudential Business Campus while Thomas Alter of P. Alter Associates represented Gennet, Kallmann and Thomas J. Stanton III of George Mintz & Co. represented Reliance National.

Located on 567 acres at the intersection of I-287 and route 10 in Parsippany and Hanover Townships, The Prudential Business Campus has 1.5 million square feet of office space in nine buildings and is a joint venture between The Prudential Realty Group, Newark, and US WEST Real Estate, Denver.
