Law firm signs.

The law firm of Newman & Schwartz has signed a 1O-year lease on the entire top floor of 950 Third Avenue, the 32story glass facade building at the southwest comer of 57th Street.

Paul B. Smadbeck and John L. Adams, both vice presidents of Wm. A. White/Grubb & Ellis, represented Newman & Schwartz.

Newman & Schwartz, one of the city's most prominent white collar criminal defense firms, will be expanding their current space from 8,000 to 10,300 square-feet as a result of the transaction. Aggregate rental for the 10-years is $3 million.

David Bernstein of Edward S. Gordon Co., Inc., represented 950 Third Avenue Co., owner of the building, in the transaction.
