Law firm signs in Midtown.

A prestigious law firm has signed a new lease in midtown Manhattan.

Schiff Hardin & Waite, a 128-year-old Chicago-based firm, has acquired 7,017 square feet on sublease at 150 East 52nd Street. The firm will relocate at tile end of January 1993 from Heron Tower where Cushman & Wakefield helped Schiff Hardin establish its New York office in June 1991.

Franklin Speyer and John Peters represented Schiff Hardin & Waite in negotiations.

Neil Goldmacher and Barry Rosner of Williams Real Estate represented the sublessor.
