Law firm signs at World Trade

Manhattan law firm Berel & Mullen has signed a five-year lease at the World Trade Center.

The professional partnership will occupy 2,300 square feet on the 29th floor of One World Trade Center. The aggregate rental value over the term is $350,000. The law firm designed the office space which has been constructed by The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.

The contract was handled by George F. Donohue, assistant manager, Development and Rentals Division.
