Law firm recommits to Lower Manhattan.

GVA Williams announced that the law firm of Nicoletti, Hornig, Campise, Sweeney & Paige has signed a lease agreement to take 18,000 s/f of office space in the Wall Street Plaza building at 88 Pine Street.

This transaction represents an expansion and renewal for the firm, which had previously occupied a total of 14,000 s/f on the 7th, 9th, and 11th floors of the building. The new lease agreement enables the firm to maximize its operating efficiency by consolidating onto a single floor in the building--the 7th floor.

GVA Williams' executive managing director, Alexander Jinishian, managing director, Harry Blair, and associate, Greg Wang, represented Nicoletti, Hornig, Campise, Sweeney & Paige in this transaction. The landlord, Orient Overseas Associates, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.

In addition to its Lower Manhattan location, Nicoletti Hornig Campise & Sweeney operates a second office in Hackensack, New Jersey.
