Law firm moves, expands.

Friedman and Kaplan -- a highly regarded corporate law and litigation firm -- will expand its operations in New York City and will relocate its headquarters to new facilities at 875 Third Avenue.

Williams Real Estate Company, Inc. served as Friedman and Kaplan's exclusive advisor for the transaction.

The law firm, which simultaneously sublet their former offices of approximately 7,000 square feet of space at 150 East 52nd Street to Schiff Hardin & Waite, will relocate to 20,000 square feet on the 6th floor of 875 Third Avenue.

Barry Rosner, managing director at Williams, and Neal Goldmacher, director at Williams represented the firm in this transaction.

The firm subleased space from Sidley and Austin, which was represented by Paul Glickman of Galbreath Riverbank Realty. The Chicago-based Schiff Hardin & Waite was represented by Franklin Speyer and John Peters of Cushman & Wakefield.
