Law firm leases.

Newman & Schwartz has leased 10,300 square feet of office space at 950 Third Avenue.

The tenant, a law firm, is relocating from 641 Lexington Avenue. It will occupy space on the 32nd floor of the all-glass building, which is located on the corner of 57th Street.

David Bernstein of Edward S. Gordon Co., Inc. and Alan Wildes negotiated the 10-year transaction on behalf of the landlord, KS Properties, Inc. Paul B. Smadbeck and John L. Adams of William A. White/Grubb & Ellis, represented the tenant.
