ELMWOOD, La. -- After a successful launch at the Zurich Classic, the Lauricella Land Company has spent the last 60 days evaluating data that was captured for Belle Rive, an exclusive lifestyle of abundant amenities, river views and casual elegance. The data has been compiled from consistent grass roots, targeted advertising and public relations efforts.

Louis Lauricella, Director of Development for Lauricella Land, explains, "We are serious about sticking to our promise. The plan that we presented gives us the ability to hear what the market needs and wants." The last sixty days Lauricella has been doing nothing but that.
