Laugh it off on World Laughter Day.

IS YOUR laughter contagious? Is it so contagious that you can make other people laugh for a whole minute? If so, then get your laughter on video and enter the competition of the most contagious laughter of Cyprus in 2012.

Laughter Yoga Cyprus with members of Joy Team 2012 will choose the best video entries for the most contagious laughers of Cyprus 2012.

Participants must commit in writing to present their laughter and help initiate one minute of laughter for World Peace during World Laughter Day Celebration activities on Sunday, May 6 at 5pm at the Home for Cooperation in the UN buffer zone in Nicosia, opposite Ledra Palace Hotel.

The video entry guidelines are: submit a video of maximum length 20 seconds containing a contagious laughter sample, including full name, age , telephone number and location in Cyprus.

Laughter must be of natural source. No stimulants or laughter gas permitted. Laughter must be obtained on command or with easy stimulation.

Your laughter has to abide by a code of values, however. Candidates for the most contagious laughter have to laugh with others or at themselves, but not at anyone else, or at their gender, age, religion, race, political views, etc.

Entries must be accompanied by a signed release form, code of values acceptance and parental permission for those who are under 18 years of age.

All entries must be sent in by April 30, 2012. To get a copy of the release form or submit a video entry, contact the following email: elina@laughteryogacyprus.com
