Latif: "Dominant blocs recieve foriegn funds to cover electoral expenses".

The independent MP Wa'el Abdul Latif accused the dominating blocs and parties of making use of the "public as well as the external funds to cover the expenses of the electoral propaganda."<p>He stated to the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) "The minor blocs will be unable to keep up with these political blocs that exploited the state and the external funds."

Latif added "The electoral competition would not be balanced between the political blocs," noting that "Most of the small blocs cannot spread in all areas due to the finance limitations."

Iraq will witness the parliamentary elections on next January, 16, 2010.
