Larsson: Let's all pull together.

BLUES' hopes of beating inform Sunderland at St Andrew's on Sunday will be seriously boosted if everyone, on and off the field, is "pulling together," believes Seb Larsson.

At the end of a fractious week, bringing another bout of discord between supporters and board, Blues' players were today focusing on back-to-back games crucial to their promotion drive.

After visiting Crystal Palace today, it will be back to St Andrew's to take on Sunderland next Tuesday.

"It is a big help when everyone is pulling together," Larsson said. "It gives you a lot of confidence.

"I think the supporters know we go out there and give 100 per cent so hopefully they will stay behind us. Last Sunday the Stoke game was not the prettiest or a good performance but it was a vital three points which gave us four points out of six and a clean sheet to build on.

"Now if we can push on and beat Sunderland next Tuesday, which will be tough, we can put ourselves right up there again.

"We just have to stay focused because winning promotion is so important to everybody here.

"Getting to the Premiership is not just important for me but all for the players at this club and the club itself, which is set up for the highest level."
