Largest Costa Coffee in West Midlands opens.

THE largest Costa Coffee shop in the West Midlands has opened on the High Street in Brownhills.

The popular franchise has moved into 51 High Street after a PS220,000 deal struck by property agents Bond Wolfe.

It is the first of five sales to complete on the parade, with three others pending.

Bond Wolfe agent Richard Horwell said: "This parade in a "The opportunity to purchase 53 High Street, with The Salvation Army as sitting tenants, is still available and we would be happy to provide further details."

The news comes after Walsall Council green-lighted plans to revamp the dangerous, derelict Ravens Court area of Brownhills' High Street, and create a new two-storey building with retail units and a gym.
