Lansco brokers major retail deal.

In the year's largest retail leasing transaction to date, Warner Bros. Worldwide Retail has leased 30,000 square feet of space on the northeast corner of 57th St and Fifth Avenue for its flagship Warner Bros. Studio Store, the first in New York City. Alan Victor, executive vice president of The Lansco Corporation was the broker in the 10-year leasing transaction, with four, five-year renewal options.

Victor has performed site selection and negotiations of flagship locations for a host of prominent retailers, including Polo/Ralph Lauren, Talbots, Alfred Dunhill of London, Joseph Abboud, Cole Haan, and many other foreign and domestic chains.
