Lansco arranges relocation

In an $1.3 million expansion move arranged by The Lansco Corporation Howard Sloan Professional Search, Inc., an executive recruitment firm, has relocated to 4,000 square feet of space at 1140 Avenue of the Americas in Manhattan.

The 10-year leasing transaction, which has an aggregate rental valued at $1.3 million, was negotiated by William O. Berkis, Jr., leasing director of The Lansco Corporation.

Howard Sloan Professional Search is using its new space at 1140 Avenue of the Americas for its executive offices. The company was previously housed in 3,000 square feet of space at 545 Fifth Avenue.

Coincidentally, Berkis also represented the executive recruitment firm Howard Sloan Koller Group, which recently relocated its executive and administrative offices to 4,650 square feet of space comprising the entire 11th floor at 353 Lexington Avenue.
