Lanidex in Parsippany reaches maximum capacity.
Michael A. Taylor, Vice President of Lincoln Property Company, reported that they have recently achieved 100% occupancy at Lanidex Executive Center in Parsippany, N.J. It is believed that this is the first time Lanidex has been fully occupied in more than a decade. Lincoln Property Company acquired the six-building, 280,000 s/f campus in 1998 and subsequently completed a substantial repositioning program, which resulted in Lanidex achieving full occupancy this past September."The success of Lanidex Executive Center is a reflection of our company's unique strengths as a full-service real estate company," stated Susan Mason, Portfolio Manager of Lincoln Property Company. "Having acquired this strategically-located campus approximately two years ago, Lincoln Property Company initiated a substantial repositioning program which included physical improvements, targeted marketing and leasing strategies and enhanced on-site management. We are pleased to have achieved all of our goals at Lanidex Executive Center," Mason concluded.
The-two recent leases which has resulted in reaching 100% occupancy at Lanidex Executive Center possible are: Quality & Performance in Action, which has leased 7,259 square feet and Sharp Decisions Inc., which leased 2,250 square feet.
Lanidex Executive Center spans three, two-story buildings, each including 30,000 square feet as well as three, three-story buildings of 60,000 square feet each. An extensive renovation was completed at each of the buildings at Lanidex Executive Center. Located at the Southwest quadrant of the intersection of Interstates 80 and 287, Lanidex Executive Center is accessed via Parsippany Road, directly off Route 287. The 31-acre site is part of the 50 acre Lanidex Center East, considered one of the most prestigious corporate campuses in Morris County. Within minutes are an abundance of hotels, restaurants and banking facilities and Newark Airport and New York City are extremely accessible as well.
