Jordan Elizabeth Lancaster and Andrew John Estes were married October 9, 2010, in the chapel of First Baptist Church of Jackson. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Dale Lancaster of Madison. The bridegroom is the son of Dr. Ann McBride of Middleton, Wisconsin, and Mr. Larry Estes of Kansas City, Missouri. Rev. Ronnie Falvey performed the ceremony.

Nuptial music was presented by the Jackson String Quartet and Joel Bradley Thames, vocalist Laura James Shepherd was the scripture reader. Photographers were Allison and Adam Hudson from Adam + Alii Photography.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a strapless, empire waist, lace gown with a sweetheart neckline, soft French tulle detailing, and a chapel-length train. The bride wore ice blue aquamarine earrings, a gift from the bridegroom, as "something blue." She carried a lace handkerchief from her grandmother as "something old" and wore a pearl bracelet of her mother's as "something borrowed."

The bride carried a bouquet of white roses, peonies, and hydrangeas wrapped with ivory satin ribbon.

The bride's oldest friend, Leigh Bierdeman Moss, of Encinitas, California, was her maid of honor. Her bridesmaids were Sarah Quilter Mitchell of Jackson; Naeun Rim of Los Angeles, California; Crady Bobo Schneider of Little Rock, Arkansas; Kirstin Marie Scheffler of Washington, D.C; and sisters of the groom Elizabeth Ann Estes of Middleton, Wisconsin, and Mary Margaret Estes of Philomath, Oregon. The bridesmaids wore eggplant dresses of silk chiffon in varying styles.

Cousin of the bride Reese Michelle Jackson was the flower girl. The bride's nephew, James Hayes Lancaster, was the ring bearer. Callie Johanna Billman and Claire Frances Conner were the program attendants.

The bridegroom's brother, Adam Joseph Estes, was the best man. Other groomsmen were Kenneth David Basin of Los Angeles, California; Matthias Estes Reiber of Lawrence, Kansas; Johannes Estes Reiber of Lawrence, Kansas; Daniel James Bergen of West Allis, Wisconsin; James Richard Lancaster of Madison; and William Jake Lancaster of Jackson.

Following the ceremony, the bride's parents hosted a reception at the Fairview Inn, where guests were entertained by the music of Mo' Money.

On the eve of the wedding, the bridegroom's mother hosted a dinner at The University Club. On the wedding day, the bride's family friends hosted a brunch for out-of-town guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Derrick Freeman.

After a wedding trip to Thailand, the couple is at home in New York City. Jordan is an attorney associated with Hogan Lovells US LLP, and Andrew is an attorney associated with Quinn Emmanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP.
